OneBridge Solutions: Q2 2024 Newsletter
TABLE OF CONTENTS
Q2 Newsletter
We are thrilled to update you on our continued journey towards integrity and innovation. This quarter, OneBridge has made significant strides by expanding into new markets, delivering a major release of Cognitive Integrity Management® (CIM), and hosting a successful Crack Management webinar. Additionally, we have actively participated in key industry events. We’re excited to share the highlights and achievements from the past quarter with you.
The Highlights
OneBridge has had a very busy quarter with a key upcoming product release in CIM 3.40, a Geohazard presentation delivered at the API Pipeline Conference, and a well-attended Crack Management webinar highlighting Pressure Cyle Fatigue Analysis (PCFA) with industry leader, Ted Anderson. All this activity served as a backdrop to our expansion of operations in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA), who collectively operate more than 250,000 miles of oil and gas (“O&G”) pipelines, and our first customer in South America!
OneBridge continued its attendance at various industry conferences and events including the Esri Partner and Developer Conferences in Palm Springs, CA, and the Pipeline Technology Conference (PTC) in Germany in April, where the OneBridge Solutions team presented a method of Calculating a Probabilistic Corrosion Depth Versus Growth Rate. OneBridge also attended the AGA Operations Conference and Spring Committee Meetings in Seattle, WA, and the API Pipeline Conference and Expo in Salt Lake City in May, where OneBridge’s work on Correcting IMU Data for Pipeline Movement Analysis was presented.
Products & Services:
OneBridge released its latest version of CIM, CIM 3.40, which provides updates to the analysis of crack anomalies and cyclic fatigue, including a new PCFA report. It also seamlessly integrates API 1163 Level 2 and Level 3 ILI performance validation, utilizing the guidelines and spreadsheet tool put forth by PRCI. Conducting an API 1163 analysis is accessed and included via the Integrity Compliance process within CIM, available without additional charge to all users with a CIM subscription.
In the following video, we will show how an API 1163 Level 2 and Level 3 ILI performance validation can be completed within minutes. Field measurements from one or multiple assessments are automatically matched with the current ILI results, auto populating the “Data” and “Analysis” tabs of the PRCI spreadsheet. This allows users to access and review Level 2 and Level 3 reports and even validate an ILI system’s performance before repair actions are determined, as part of your analysis process. API 1163 video
Corrosion Modules
Additionally, as part of our External Corrosion journey, users can manage data from their atmospheric inspections with a digital form. This is the start of OneBridge’s optional External Corrosion module work with input from industry leaders. The Atmospheric Corrosion form incorporates all relevant data fields to create a comprehensive atmospheric inspection report. This form can also be set up to auto populate certain fields via integration with the Pipeline Open Data Standard (PODS) and Utility Pipeline Data Model (UPDM).
OneBridge has continued its’ work on its’ Internal Corrosion module to expand support to include gas pipeline operators and Gas Mega Rule requirements. A presentation on utilizing data science to predict areas of active internal corrosion will be presented at the International Pipeline Conference (IPC) upcoming in September.
Professional Services
Although OneBridge is well known for providing technology solutions to pipeline operators in the domain of pipeline integrity and compliance via our Cognitive Integrity Management (CIM) platform, OneBridge also took the time to highlight its’ integrity and compliance professional services, which is comprised of GIS analysts and pipeline integrity engineers.
Looking Ahead
Multiple private previews are ongoing with our customers on External Corrosion, Risk Management, and in our innovation lab with Geohazards. These encompass some groundbreaking work in data integration by harnessing data science and machine learning algorithms to combine and correlate different integrated datasets in CIM, while providing a SaaS enterprise platform that allows pipeline operators to enhance overall safety and reliability.
To keep updated on our latest version of Cognitive Integrity Management (CIM) and ongoing products, we will be holding an upcoming OneBridge Release and Roadmap Webinar, where the team will review the latest released features and upcoming product roadmap. Stay tuned for registration information in the coming weeks!
A message from Brandon Taylor
The team has been working hard to ensure our customers are staying at the forefront of the industry. It is an exciting challenge to continually incorporate the latest industry research such as API 1163, into our core CIM solution, while at the same time designing new modules that will allow the integration and correlation of different data and functionality all in a single centralized SaaS solution. We are looking forward to the new learnings and algorithms that our data science team will be able to uncover. Most importantly, we are eager to make these insights available to you for potentially identifying and prioritizing unknown threats, looking to help further reduce overall operator risk.
Please stop by and visit us at one of our upcoming events or drop us a note on any topic you would like to see in our Blog posts. We are also working to update our State of Integrity Report with new learnings and getting ready for our upcoming User Group meeting in October. Stay tuned for more information and registration !
Thanks again for your continued support.
Best regards,
The team at OneBridge Solutions
